If you have any issues with our products, please inform us about your thoughts or download Claim protocol document and fill 1st page, send by scan to our mail address europe@agfoil.com. You claim will be investigate and we will give you answer soon.
Unfortunately, time to time, it can happen that our forwarders damage something from goods which you have ordered. If you see any (even small) damage on the box or pallet, please immediately ask driver of forwarder (before you sign the receiving documents!), to write claim document – damage report. This will be important part of our claim, without this document can be the claim disagreed. For more info please contact our office.
